FlightSafety International adds to KC-46A aircrew training

FlightSafety International received a $35 million modification to a previously awarded United States Air Force (USAF) contract for the KC-46A Pegasus Aircrew Training System (ATS). The initial $78.34 million contract was to provide virtual training for pilots and boom operators for the 179 aircraft ordered by the USAF.

The contract modification work is expected to be completed by 2020.

FlightSafety will provide support for the WSTs, BOTs and FuT; undertake two new site activations; systems engineering; program management more visual database airfield models and new refresher training scenarios.
